Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station is a conveniently located transit hub in Burnaby. Both Millennium Line and Evergreen extension meet here with easy access to Coquitlam, Port Moody, Burnaby, New Westminster and Surrey.
- Pick up and Drop off at any hotel or residential address within the area outlined in red.
- Price is $7 for the order, nevertheless how many people are in your group.

Plan ahead
Even though you are welcome to board the bus and pay to the driver, we are strongly encouraged to book your trip in advance. We can't guarantee your seat if it not reserved.
15 min after your flight arrival is enough!
Abbotsford International Airport is a relatively small facility. Sometimes we schedule our bus departure 15 minutes after the planned time of the landing of your aircraft. Most of the time 15 minutes is enough for the passengers to disembark from the plane and got their luggage at the carousel. If you feel it may be a delay with getting your luggage, please go to the driver and let him know that you require additional time. Our bus is parked right after the Arrivals Exit of the airport and no more than 100 feet (30 meters) from the baggage carousel. Here is the picture. There is no restriction to return back to the carousel. If your flight is late we will do our best to wait for you an additional reasonable time.
1.5 hours before your flight departure is enough!
We are setting the time of our bus departure the way to be at the airport 1.5 hours before the departure of the flight. 1.5 hours is enough time for the check-in procedure for the domestic flights at YXX.

The Downtown Vancouver pick-up location is Tour Bus Zone at 1098 Melville St, Vancouver, next to the Hyatt Regency Hotel / Burrard Skytrain Station.
Burnaby - Lougheed Town Center Skytrain
Burnaby pick-up location is at the east exit of Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station (go to bus exchange exit)
Abbotsford International Airport YXX
Exit through the “Arrivals” doors and cross the crosswalk in front of the exit. Our pick up area is to the right of the taxi pick-up zone

We pick up and drop off right outside the Abbotsford Airport and Burrard Skytrain Station in Vancouver. Please see our pick up instructions and pictures posted above for the exact location. There are multiple optional pick up and drop off options available at checkout.
Our vehicles can accommodate one large luggage item and one carry-on item per passenger. We are also able to accommodate oversized items like skis and strollers. Oversized items are considered a large luggage item and each passenger may only bring one. If you have additional luggage, please contact us at info@reliablebus.ca and we may be able to accommodate you.

Yes! Our buses are able to accept payments in cash, credit, debit, or American Express. Please note that change may not be available for cash payments. Even though you are welcome to board the bus and pay to the driver, we are strongly encouraged to book your trip in advance. We can't guarantee your seat if it not reserved.
Pets that are small, well behaved and can fit in a carrier on your lap, are more than welcome on our shuttle! Because of space restrictions, we are not able to accommodate larger dogs. Of course, larger service dogs are welcome to ride along, just let us know beforehand by calling or sending us an email so that we can make sure there is space on the bus. Please note that passenger safety is our primary concern, and therefore, any animal that is being disruptive or displaying inappropriate behavior on our vehicles can be denied entry without refund.
