Most of our services including Abbotsford Airport Shuttle Bus are available and you can book them online or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
The Reliable Bus Team.
FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS, DRIVERS AND GUIDES
WE WILL ENFORCE THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Available seating is reduced which allows for onboard distancing, the seats behind the driver in the bus or right to the driver in the car will not be available. We ask all the guests to remain in the same seat for the duration of the tour. Drivers and guides maintain a 2-meter separation from all guests whenever possible.
Prior to boarding, all passengers are required to answer Transport Canada's Questionnaire for Health Check:
- Do you have a fever and a cough?
- Do you have a fever and breathing difficulty?
- Have you been refused boarding in the past 14 days due to a medical reason related to COVID-19?
- Are you the subject of a provincial/territorial or local public health order?
- Have you travelled from outside Canada in the last 14 days?
If a passenger answers yes to any questions, they will be denied boarding and referred to the provincial government self-assessment tool.
Starting November 25th, 2020 guests are now required to wear a mask on-board. Masks are mandatory for the Abbotsford Airport Shuttle Route.
Drivers wear non-medical face masks and utilize gloves when cleaning or handling luggage
To reduce contacts we encourage to use of credit card payments instead of cash when paying on board
All our drivers and guides undergo a health screening as recommended by Transport Canada, which includes a temperature check before reporting to work
All our vehicles are sanitized after each group. During multi-day trips, the vehicles are sanitized each evening by the drivers who have been provided with the appropriate cleaning supplies and training, including extra force for wiping down all hard-touch surfaces with a disinfectant-cleaner (such as handrails and armrests)
Garbage bins are provided for guest use
HVAC filters are cleaned on a regular basis. The system is never set for recirculating mode so fresh air is always brought into the vehicle
Hand sanitizer stations are available for guest use
We also check and ask our guides and guests to follow the safety plans of our third-party contractors like transportation companies, hotels, restaurants and other hospitality services
